Your learning journey as a Rhodes Scholar:
questions for reflection

These questions are designed to help you reflect for yourself how your understanding of the CSL framework is evolving.

Any learning journey is not linear, so we invite you to choose the symbol that best represents how you are feeling about the statement. This will change at different points in your journey, and we’ve added free text boxes for you to document this. This information is purely for yourself and your own record of your learning journey.

Please use this exercise to reflect on how you are feeling at this point in time.

SELF

The CSLP framework asks us to be intentional about our internal compass, be reflective and cultivate a constantly improving self awareness of ourselves in relationship to embedded inequities of power.

Bearing in mind that this is a journey of learning, and that the way I show up is different in different contexts and times, please indicate how you are feeling now in response to the statement, by choosing the symbol that resonates best:

OTHER

The CSLP framework enables us to see and appreciate complex intersections within and between communities and individuals, and in our service to communities.

Understanding that these show up differently for us at different times in our lives, please indicate how you are feeling now in response to the statement, by choosing the symbol that resonates most with you:

WORLD

The CSLP framework gives us the tools to recognise the historical and on-going inequities impacting people and communities, how power shapes peoples’ experience of the world, and how these patterns are replicated in different contexts.
